The webinar “European Agenda for Access to Music Education“, organised by AEC, EAS, and EMU will take place on 5 February 2021 from 10:30-12:00 CET.
For a number of years, the EMU has been cooperating with the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen (AEC) and the European Association of Music in Schools (EAS) in the frame of the SCHEME. Within this cooperation, the three networks have worked jointly on the development of learning outcomes and quality standards for both musical performance and music pedagogy, on standards for pre-college music education, on joint policy statements, in the organisation of joint events, within the Strengthening Music in Society (SMS) project, on the developments of the European Agenda for Music and on further projects and initiatives.
The webinar will provide more information on the work of the SCHEME itself, on how the group implements the European Agenda for Music and will provide a platform for exchange and discussion between attendees.
