2ND SEMINAR FOR BOARD / MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATIONS

The EMU SEMINARS FOR BOARD AND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATIONS are aimed at the EMU associations that already have a well-structured bureau as well to associations working with staff on a voluntary/honorary basis.

The 2nd SEMINAR FOR BOARD AND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATIONS focussed on ‘Communication’
Main themes were:
. Communication between an association and their members and among members
. Communication in the political field / parents associations
. Communication with the media
. Financial aspects: the additional value of an association to the members and the political fields (funding organisations)
. Dialogue between a national organisation and conservatories.
