INK

This model is a Dutch adaptation of the EFQM Excellence model by the Instituut voor Nederlandse Kwaliteit, INK (Institute for Dutch Quality).

 

CAF

The CAF is a modified version of the EFQM system for use in public administration. It has been jointly developed with and is jointly managed by the Member States of the European Union to strengthen and support quality development in public administration.
